Asseco Poland to issue new shares by end-2007 to fund Prokom stake buy - source

Asseco Poland plans to issue new shares by the end of this year to fund its purchase of a 24 pct stake in peer Prokom, an analyst present at a company breifing told Thomson Financial News.

'First they will fund it all from a bank loan, and then they will refinance that with a share issue before the end of the year,' the analyst said.

'The reaction to this from analysts at today's conference with the company was very negative.
