Poland Tokai Okaya will be the latest in a series of Japanese plants to open near Torun. Sharp and Orion already have production facilities operating in the area. The new facility, together with offices and technical areas, will be around 7,200 m² in size. The investment will cost more than PLN 38m (€10m). The plant will turn out sheet metal and processed metal elements for LCD screens. Sharp will be the main customer for these products.
