Poland's Action has two main takeover targets with 1 bln zlotys of sales each

Polish IT distributor Action SA is pursuing two primary takeover targets, one in Poland and one in the Czech Republic, each with annual revenues of around 1 billion zlotys, the group's chief executive was quoted as saying.

In an interview with daily Parkiet, CEO Piotr Bielinski said Action is also in talks with several other companies, including in Slovakia, with sales of around 500 million zlotys each.

'All companies we are interested in are computer equipment distributors,' Bielinski said. 'We are open for mergers as well as takeovers.'
