Comverse solutions deployed by Play include Converged Billing, InSight™ Open Services Environment, SMS, MMS, Messaging Gateway, Mobile Internet Gateway, and Data Control and Monitoring Point. Comverse service management enables Play to achieve its marketing strategy by synchronizing services, billing and customer care operations, aimed towards high customer satisfaction with minimal operating expenses.
