Poland: Toora Poland motor elements producer to be listed soon

Toora Poland, a member of the Italian Tora group producing automotive parts, is getting closer to the Polish stock exchange GPW.

On Friday, the company specialising in designing, production and distribution of aluminium cast parts, submitted its prospectus in the securities and exchange commission KPWiG. The IPO is to be conducted this year. CDM Pekao will run the listing.
In 2004, Toora Poland had consolidated sales of PLN 143.9m (EUR 36.9m) and net income of PLN 15.2m. (PLN 1 = EUR 0.257)
